Aside from the upcoming project, this role will continue to work on office operations projects and needs nationally and globally. This role will oversee and manage a number of complex projects and logistical tasks. Individuals with strong planning, organization, coordination and experience in project execution revolving around office conversions are highly desired.
Responsibilities:
- Create project plans including timelines, accountabilities, and delegating responsibilities
- Manage meetings around projects including agendas, compile and distribute details and progress
- Oversee, manage, and develop Operations team
- Problem solve objectively and identify solutions to complex issues
- Proactively stay up to date with internal stakeholders, outside vendors, and others involved with the projects to manage actionable steps
- Ad hoc projects
Qualifications:
- Experience with an office move for a large (1000 employee+) company
- At least 7 years in project management within space planning, construction, facilities management, or something similar
- Bachelors degree
