The Opportunity:
A Fortune 500 company in the real estate industry is searching for a HR Process Excellence Manager to join their team. This is 6 month contract role with potential to extend or convert to permanent staff.
The HR Process Excellence Manager focuses on learning the HR mission end to end and provide ways to change for the better. This role will support aligned COEs and analyze aspects of the COEs processes and operations and will provide analysis of the current operating environment and identify areas for improvement.
The HR Process Excellence Manager will build, re-engineer, and improve processes across functional dependencies. This is a critical role that will lead, inspect, and design long-term solutions for the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators, analyze trends, and identify root causes to ensure operational goals are met
- Analyze data from various sources to propose corrective actions and process improvements
- Drive process enhancements through automation, training, and workflow optimization
- Lead discussions and workshops with stakeholders to refine objectives and address challenges
- Gather business requirements using interviews, document analysis, and workflow assessments
- Plan and execute projects using structured project management methodologies
- Deliver clear, concise communication to stakeholders at all levels
- Conduct quality audits to ensure processes align with operational standards
- Research and report on HR trends, project opportunities, and program progress
- Mentor and coach team members as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- 6+ years of HR Operations experience in process improvement, implementation, and execution
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing end-to-end process improvements
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and justify process changes
- Experience influencing stakeholders and driving long-term solutions in dynamic environments
- Advanced proficiency in English, strong communication skills, and stakeholder management expertise
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and process mapping tools (Visio, Lucid, Miro) preferred
- Experience with HRMS and HR Case Management Software (Workday & ServiceNow HRSD preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work independently or collaboratively
Hybrid Work Schedule:
Qualified candidates must be comfortable working onsite in Miami, FL at least 2 days per week. If brought on as a permanent employee in the future, you will be expected to be in the office 3-4 days per week.
