Coda is representing a firm with a global reach that is hiring for it's NYC office. This company focuses on the production, sourcing and transportation of metal and minerals, among other products. The NYC office is seeking a Tax Accountant to join their team and work on State and Federal tax filings and report to the Senior Tax Analyst. Big Four experience and CPA preferred.

Job Description:

• Preparation of federal and state tax returns
• Manage extensions and estimated payments for various groups
• Handle firms 1120S and F
• Prepare tax provisions alongside the tax team and tax leadership
• Review financial statements for tax returns and prep
• Gather information to prep workpapers and review differences to manage filings
• Help with any projects surrounding restructuring in regards to tax implications

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of tax experience in a Big Four public accounting firm
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Tax
