Coda is working with a world renowned law firm to help build their billing team. This firm is seeking a professional with at least 6 years of experience to work closely with attorneys and clients of the organization. This role is 2 days a week in office in NYC.

Responsibilities:

• Review unbilled inventory and prepare invoices
• Create billing reports
• Review client guidelines for billing
• Keep billing process and invoicing on a timely pace
• Review rate arrangements and match with invoices to ensure compliance
• Process transfers, write offs and adjustments
• Work with the E-Billing specialists to transmit invoices
• Prepare bills and reports for attorneys, editing as needed and seeking out approvals
• Ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• 6-9 years of experience
• MUST have experience in legal billing at a law firm
• Proficient in excel
• Strong written and verbal communication
