A client of ours is a High Growth Global Private Advisory Firm that has grown 10x in size over the last 15+years. They have opened newly created roles seeking a Tax professional specialized in International M&A Tax. This is a newly created team within the firm.

Responsibilities

• Due diligence of Tax Returns, Financial Reports, and tax docs to assess potential US Int'l tax risk
• Analyze financial models and M&A agreements to discuss US Int'l tax issues
• Work with other tax teams throughout firm
• Advise on repatriation, financing, treaties within deal structures
• Work on US and Global tax structuring and planning

Experience needed

• Bachelors Degree is required; CPA or JD is needed
• 5+ years of Experience working in BIG4 Public Accounting or Global Law Firm International Tax M&A
• 5+ years of US International Tax with Cross Boarder Transactions
