Our client is a leading alternative asset manager who is looking to add a talented Director of Compensation to their global team. In this role you'd cover both strategic developments and program management.
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Oversee total rewards strategy
- Oversee administration of compensation programs
- Provide advice & compensation recommendations to upper management
- Monitor trends & stay up-to-date with industry best practices
- Help grow the compensation team
- Utilize data to drive insights and strategy
- Special projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Compensation
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Strong written/oral communications
- Ability to interpret complex data sets to drive actionable insights.
