We have an excellent opportunity for an Executive Assistant who wants a meaty role with opportunity for growth! The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience preferably within the financial services sector. The role will be in the office full time and eligible for overtime (which is built in) and bonus. This is a highly visible role within the firm's Miami office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing correspondence, and ensuring timely responses.
  • Document Management: Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports. Maintain accurate and organized records and files.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Expense Management: Handle expense reports, track budgets, and assist with financial documentation as needed.
  • Project Assistance: Support various projects by conducting research, gathering data, and assisting with project management tasks.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience as an admin or in project or research role, preferably within the financial services or hedge fund industry.

Education: Bachelor’s degree with good grades

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
