One of our highly reputable Hedge Fund clients, is currently seeking to add a Trading Operations Manager within their Fixed Income Trading Team. This is an addition to staff due to firm growth.

Ideal candidate will oversee a small team responsible for following; collateral, risk, performance cash reporting, and Credit/Structured Products portfolio management. You will be joining a growing Investment Team working very closely with Senior Managers, Front Office Traders and PMs, and various firm Executives.

Job description/Responsibilities

• Coordinate with traders on preparing CLO compliance models and test hypo trade scenarios
• Recommend and execute trades to improve CLO portfolio metrics and assess firms' overall trading strategy.
• Responsible for compliance/surveillance and CLO Analytics reporting
• Review and tie out with trustee’s monthly and quarterly payment reports comprising of limitation tests, portfolio activity, and collateral quality tests.
• Run waterfall projections and pro forma distribution analysis on assigned portfolios
• CLO Warehouse: Coordinate and track funding of capital calls, warehouse lender borrowings, activity reporting and monitoring warehouse size/borrowing limits.
• Use portfolio analytics software to track and report financials of underlying portfolio companies
• Conduct CLO compliance tests and hypothetical trade testing for various trade scenarios
• Improve and automate firm’s CLO compliance and trade analytics reporting
• Review CLO reports and audit trustee reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related degree
• At least 8+ years of experience working with CLO Trading Systems: Advent Geneva/ClearPar
• Prior Management experience strongly preferred
• Direct structured product experience mandatory
• Prior experience using portfolio management software (i.e Advent Geneva) strongly preferred
