Our client is a premier global Private Investment Firm seeking to add a highly motivated Analyst to their growing Real Estate investments team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in all aspects of the clients US Real Estate investments platform. responsibilities will include all phases of the investment process including sourcing & screening, qualitative and quantitative evaluation of potential transactions, due diligence, underwriting and real estate transactions for all asset classes

Responsibilities:

• Provide detailed due diligence on potential strategic growth opportunities
• Participate in all aspects of the deal process
• Build and modify LBO models for investment program cash flow projection, fund cash flow and return analysis, and co-investment return and sensitivity analyses.
• Analyze transactions, including deep cash and profitability modeling
• Negotiate and structure transactions effectively within tight time constraints
• Present due diligence/potential risks/ and make recommendations to Investment Committee
• Coordinate all aspects of transaction execution and deal closing process with Senior Management/Board of Directors
• Coordinate closely with sales, marketing, product specialists and management teams on all aspects of fund marketing
• Prepare investor communications, including but not limited to financial forecasts, reporting and financial estimates
• Work with Compliance, Legal and Marketing Teams
• Assisting on other Ad-Hoc projects

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years of experience in investment banking, direct investing or real estate experience
• Top Academic pedigree
• Excellent writing, communication, presentation, and analytical skills
• An excellent understanding of financial statements financial concepts and financial modelling
• Desire to work both independently and collaboratively in a lean and growing team
• Advanced Technical Skills; Strong quantitative and qualitative skills
• An ability to integrate rapidly and to work effectively in a multicultural team of professionals
