We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data & Analytics Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing our Power BI reports and dashboards. You will work closely with various departments to transform data into actionable insights, enabling key stakeholders to make informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Analyze and process large datasets, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Create and implement data models, KPIs, and measures in Power BI to provide meaningful insights.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and data integration processes using Power Query, DAX, and other relevant tools.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure the integrity of reports.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to integrate Power BI with existing systems and databases.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data visualization and business intelligence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and Power BI Service.
• Experience working with SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Prior experience in the finance or asset management industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of private credit or fixed income products is an advantage.
