But now, we need someone to help us take things to the next level—a fearless, strategic, all-hands-on-deck kind of person.

That’s where you come in. We’re on the hunt for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) who can roll up their sleeves, crack a few jokes, and make the magic happen. If you’re passionate about redefining how people sell, buy, and close on homes—and you have the chops to lead our ops with grace and grit—you might just be our person. Very Important: Love your PJs? Cool. Love working in them? Not so much. We’re strictly an in-the-office kind of crew (at least for now). You’ve gotta be in the Miami area to join this party—we need your brilliance IRL, not on Zoom!

What You’ll Do ● Run the operational show like a pro—think Napoleon meets MacGyver (but, you know, nicer). ● Scale our processes and systems to handle nationwide expansion without breaking a sweat—or a server. ● Manage our title, buyer, and mortgage services like a Swiss watch: precise, efficient, and always ticking. ● Make sure our team is thriving while also keeping our customers ecstatic and loyal. ● Work side by side with the CEO (he’s great, we promise) to build a world-class real estate platform that continues to save homeowners a ton of money. What We’re Looking For ● Someone who thinks strategy spreadsheets are sexy. ● Proven experience in leading operations at a high-growth company. Bonus points if it’s in real estate, tech, or both. ● The strategic mind of a chess master with the hands-on execution skills of a Lego-building champion. ● A fearless decision-maker who knows how to delegate but isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. ● Someone who sees a problem, laughs, and says, “Hold my coffee.”
