Reporting to the Provost, this individual will oversee the creation and maintenance of academic agreements (articulations, memoranda of understanding (MOUs)) between Barry University and colleges, universities, and other entities that result in Undergraduate and Graduate student enrollment from those entities. This individual will work collaboratively with offices and individuals across the university including the Office of Admissions, Deans, Directors, and Faculty to facilitate agreements that will lead to seamless enrollment of undergraduate, graduate, and non-credit students. Must have deep and fluent understanding of curriculum, transfer and tuition policies, higher education trends, marketing shifts, program competition, and be able to generate and critically evaluate data and reports related to articulation agreements, pathways to enrollment, and MOUs.
* This is an In-Person position.
Essential Functions
Develop new and maintain existing MOUs for undergraduate, graduate, and non-credit students while identifying and pursing expansion opportunities, to include additional programs, modalities, and colleges. This includes partnering with multiple offices including the Office of Admissions, Deans, and academic affairs leadership to create articulation MOU’s and craft articulation agreements, through inception to signing.
Ensure plans meet all degree and/or certification requirements within the allotted number of credit hours and within the context of scheduled course availability; and publicize the plans appropriately to current and prospective students, advisors, counselors, statewide secondary and post-secondary leadership, and the public.
Using knowledge of higher education trends, marketing shifts, and program competition this individual will target programmatic needs and communicate these needs to academic leadership.
Reporting:
Oversee data compilation and analysis related to articulation agreements, MOUs, pathways, and partnerships.
Generate regular reports to track productivity of agreements.
Be comfortable presenting these data to the university leadership.
Qualifications/Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Higher Ed; Business; Administration is required
A Master's degree in Higher Education; MBA; Administration; Organizational Leadership is preferred.
1-3 years of work-related experience is required.
Working knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures and ability to use in varied situations.
Good analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail is required. Must be able to extract data from multiple sources via query tools.
Must be able to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Colleague, Workday, SharePoint is required.
Excellent written/oral communications skills is required.

Work progress is monitored by supervisor/manager; incumbent follows precedents and procedures, and may set priorities and organizes work within general guidelines established by supervisor/manager.
