The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Account Director you will be an Account Manager to LEVC UK & Hyundai UK with the potential to expand into the EU

Important Client relationship management, commercial reviews, individual dealer management. Ensure there are wide and deep relationships across all important partners of each client and dealer network. Delivering year over year operating revenue growth is an important deliverable & success factor.

  • Support Account Director in the pan-EU LEVC roll-out of Assurant products across 24 Countries in the EU
  • Support all dealerships with Assurant products for Hyundai UK & LEVC
  • Improve attach rates of Assurant products at dealer level within both clients.
  • Grow client relationships allowing for daily management of our client accounts and their requirements, organising your time between both clients.
  • Lead and where needed support the Account Director in the delivery of specific goals within client plan
  • Responsible for preparation of meeting materials, minutes & action logs
  • Responsible for service delivery and ensuring that important Service level agreement and Goals are delivered
  • Early Identification and resolution of issues which may arise following analysis of customer feedback, root cause analysis of complaints. Plan and deliver an action plan to improve whilst removing points of friction
  • Support the Account Director in the development of Commercial Reviews and delivery of new products where required.
  • Ensure all dealerships within your identified area receive a quarterly review in person.
  • 4 days out of 5 working days will be dedicated to dealer visits leaving one day a week for admin
  • You will cover dealerships in the UK from the Midlands area up to Scotland

You will have the following experience:

  • Account Manager experience in the Automotive industry is essential
  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects with management & important company partners
  • Experience delivering customer change projects and achieving Goals
  • Knowledge of insurance or finance sales processes, to tailor processes to meet customer needs
  • A broad, up-to-date knowledge of developments within the insurance and financial sectors and the markets in which our partners operate
  • Identify opportunities to develop and grow the Account
  • Experience working in a regulated environment
  • UK driving license is essential
