The Opportunity:

We are recruiting a Sales Coach / Sales Optimisation Lead to join our European Client team. Reporting to the Head of Sales Optimisation Europe, you will work in partnership with our clients, retail stores and call centres to help grow our client's insurance scheme following our client's requirement and culture by training staff on product knowledge and compliant sales skills

Key Skills:

  • Experience of delivering coaching or training solutions
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • IT literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Strong Facilitation and workshop skills
  • Driving license
