Akkodis is seeking an Engineer for a contract with a client in Sunrise, FL. The candidate will lead the development of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications using ReactJS and Spring Boot, while ensuring adherence to Agile practices and architectural design standards.
Rate Range: $49/hour to 53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Engineer job responsibilities include:
Develop high-performance, scalable enterprise applications using ReactJS, Java, and Spring Boot frameworks.
Participate in full SDLC activities including analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance of web and client-server applications.
Ensure front-end best practices are followed while creating responsive UIs using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and ReactJS.
Design and implement REST APIs and integrate with RDBMS databases such as Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
Apply Agile and SOA methodologies and utilize design patterns like Factory Method, Singleton, and Command.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and use tools like Jira and Rally for project tracking and reporting.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Java development and open-source technologies.
Strong proficiency in ReactJS, Spring Boot, and enterprise-level application development.
Prior experience with One App and One Data platforms, and familiarity with credit card servicing and fraud systems.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $53.00 per hour
