Akkodis is seeking a Power Platform DevOps Engineer for a Contract job with a client in Tampa, FL (hybrid – 3x/week onsite). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Power Platform solutions in production environments, with strong skills in observability, automation, and Microsoft Fabric integration.

Rate Range: $60.61/hour to $64.39/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Power Platform DevOps Engineer job responsibilities include:

• Monitor and manage Power Platform environments (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages) to ensure performance, availability, and security.

• Design and implement observability solutions using tools like Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.

• Respond to incidents and perform root cause analysis to restore services and improve system resilience.

• Drive integration of Microsoft Fabric with Power Platform for enhanced data governance and analytics.

• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve operational workflows and document support procedures.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in production support roles for Power Platform solutions.

• Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Azure CLI) and monitoring tools.

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric architecture and integration.

• Familiarity with Agile/DevOps practices and cloud governance standards; Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-600) are a plus.

Pay Details: $60.61 to $64.39 per hour
