Akkodis is seeking a Release Train Engineer/ TPM for a contract with a client in Sunrise, FL. This role involves aligning platform delivery with business goals and presenting executive-level dashboards while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Rate Range: $45/hour to 49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Release Train Engineer/ TPM job responsibilities include:

• Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and System Demos.

• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and ensure alignment with business and technical goals.

• Track and report progress using tools like Jira, Rally, and executive dashboards.

• Identify and mitigate delivery risks while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across development, QA, and business teams to drive continuous improvement.

• Ensure successful rollout of platform features by managing integration, testing, and release readiness.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; PMP or SAFe certification is a plus.

• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in technical program or project management, preferably in Agile environments.

• Proven experience managing Agile Release Trains and facilitating PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and cross-team coordination.

• Strong understanding of credit card servicing or fraud systems, with the ability to align platform delivery with business objectives.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $49.00 per hour
