Akkodis is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst for a Contract job with a client in Jacksonville, FL (Remote). The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and implementing quality assurance and compliance processes for IT, with a focus on automation testing for a Biller Solutions team. This role requires strong programming skills, experience with test frameworks, and a deep understanding of QA methodologies.

Rate Range: $50/hour to $55/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Quality Assurance Analyst job responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain automated UI and API test frameworks using NUnit and C#.

• Write and execute complex SQL queries; work with .NET technologies.

• Conduct load testing using tools such as JMeter, NeoLoad, or LoadRunner.

• Create and maintain test plans, test harnesses, and scripts.

• Execute test scripts and report results to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product owners in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Participate in daily stand-ups and monthly deployments.

• Provide training on QA processes and tools as needed.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• 6–10 years of experience in QA automation and software testing.

• Strong programming/scripting skills in C#, .NET, Java, or similar.

• Experience with test case management and Agile methodologies.

• Familiarity with financial services, payments, or banking industry is a plus.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with QA tools and frameworks, including JMeter, NeoLoad, and NUnit.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $55.00 per hour
