Akkodis is seeking a Technical Writer for a Contract job with a client in Orlando, FL. You will document operational processes within the Heart Failure Division using standardized templates and collaborate with stakeholders for approvals and updates.

Rate Range: $24/hour to $26/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Technical Writer job responsibilities include:

• Extract information from meetings, documents, and systems to create clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation.

• Coordinate with stakeholders for document reviews, approvals, and updates, ensuring timely follow-ups.

• Manage multiple documents simultaneously while maintaining version control and organization across various platforms.

• Ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with internal guidelines and formatting standards.

• Utilize critical thinking and strong communication skills to ask clarifying questions and improve documentation quality.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a technical writer or document specialist.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple documents and systems simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to extract and clarify information from stakeholders to create accurate documentation.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
