Akkodis is seeking a Network Administrator for a Contract job with a client in Tampa, FL(Hybrid). The ideal candidate will oversee the management and support of desktop, server, network, and storage systems within the data center.

Rate Range: $37/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Network Administrator job responsibilities include:

• Provide comprehensive support for desktop, server, network, and storage systems within the data center.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network connectivity, server performance, and data storage.

• Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of all IT infrastructure, including servers and network components.

• Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance to optimize data center operations.

• Configure and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of IT systems.

• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery tasks to safeguard data and infrastructure.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in network administration, data center support, and infrastructure management.

• Strong expertise in managing desktop, server, network, and storage systems within a data center environment.

• Hands-on experience with network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) and troubleshooting performance-related issues.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $49.00 per hour
