Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract job with a client in Tampa, FL(Hybrid). Your responsibilities include documenting business requirements, leading workflow design, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business and technical needs.

Rate Range: $65/hour to $85/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Business Analyst job responsibilities include:

• Acting as the primary interface between Technology and business/product areas to identify, document, and analyze business requirements.

• Leading workflow design, contributing to user experience design, and ensuring project specifications align with business needs.

• Collaborating with project teams, product management, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Reviewing input for developers and Test Engineers to ensure System Integration and User Acceptance Test scripts reflect business and functional requirements.

• Supporting SIT and UAT, reviewing results, and participating in defect reviews.

• Ensuring compliance with company standards and mitigating risks through established controls and procedures.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 5+ years in capital markets.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in documenting and analyzing business requirements, creating detailed project specifications, and leading workflow design.

Pay Details: $65.00 to $85.00 per hour
