Akkodis is seeking a Program Manager for a Contract job with a client in San Francisco, CA (Hybrid). The ideal candidate must have a strong technical background and 10+ years of experience, managing workstreams focused on marketplace acceleration, supply chain unification, and food traceability regulation.

Rate Range: $54/hour to $57/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Program Manager job responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing multiple projects across various workstreams to ensure alignment with business goals and strategic objectives

• Developing and maintaining program timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery within scope

• Coordinating with stakeholders, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

• Identifying program risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and ensuring the quality and success of all deliverables

• Monitoring program progress and providing regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders

• Managing and resolving any conflicts or issues that arise during the program lifecycle

• Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices

• Continuously evaluating program performance and implementing process improvements for future initiatives

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.

• Strong technical skills in developing software on Microsoft Azure, .Net and/or Web Development.

• Proven experience in managing complex projects and delivering results on time.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have skills:

· Experience with Azure and cloud-based platforms.

· Knowledge of supply chain management and food safety regulations.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay Details: $54.00 to $57.00 per hour
