Akkodis is seeking a Talent - Project Manager for a Contract job with a client in Hermitage, TN. The Project Manager will be responsible for creating and presenting detailed project and resource plans to leadership.

Rate Range: $90/hour to $107/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Talent - Project Manager job responsibilities include:

• Create project plans and related resource plans and present them to leadership.

• Manage teams to execute projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and scope compliance.

• Develop and communicate key messages and updates to project leaders.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and performance consultants to achieve project goals.

• Assist in developing learning materials, including instructor guides, participant guides, and self-study materials.

• Support the development of handouts, diagrams, pictures, and job aids for the project.

• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

• Ensure all deliverables meet the required standards and expectations.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or a related field.

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in talent development or similar domains.

• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with leadership and stakeholders.

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with experience in creating and managing project plans.

Pay Details: $90.00 to $107.00 per hour
