Akkodis is seeking a Client Services Project Specialist for a Contract job with a client in Atlanta, GA (Remote). The ideal candidate's responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to ensure project goals are met and assisting with issue resolution and procedural updates to support the claims and correspondence teams.

Rate Range: $28/hour to $30/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Client Services Project Specialist job responsibilities include:

• Responding to complex inquiries from customers and clients via phone, email, and written correspondence, ensuring a professional and client-focused approach.

• Collaborating with internal teams, project managers, and clients to ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met efficiently.

• Assisting in the creation and updating of procedures and scripts to guide the claims and correspondence teams.

• Supporting the supervisor or Project Manager in resolving issues, ensuring the overall health of the project and identifying solutions for errors.

• Communicating with clients effectively, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Law, or Project Management.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a project coordination, client services, or legal project support role.

• Experience with client-facing communications, handling complex inquiries and providing solutions.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook, to support daily project tasks and reporting.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
