Akkodis is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a Contract job with a client in Westborough, MA(Remote). candidates must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle high-volume inbound phone interactions.

Rate Range: $21/hour to $23/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Customer Service Representative job responsibilities include:

• Providing quality customer service and support through high-volume inbound phone interactions.

• Handling problem-solving and processing account transactions in a timely and accurate manner.

• Responding to customer inquiries and investigating issues to rectify errors in customer accounts.

• Maintaining correspondent accounts in accordance with applicable regulations and policies.

• Ensuring regulatory compliance and minimizing exposure related to assigned tasks.

• Entering customer information into a computerized database and escalating issues to management as needed.

• Assisting in resolving complicated customer complaints and coordinating inquiries with other departments for resolution.

• Upholding ethical standards and practicing high levels of professionalism in all customer interactions.

Desired Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.

• No prior experience required; customer service experience is a plus.

• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to manage high-volume interactions.

• Basic PC skills and data entry experience.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
