Akkodis is seeking a Postmarket Surveillance Analyst for a Contract-to-hire job with a client in Plymouth, MN. You will manage complaint investigations, including receiving and investigating worldwide complaints, entering data into the complaint database, and filing appropriate medical device reports with regulatory agencies.

Rate Range: $30/hour to $35/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Postmarket Surveillance Analyst job responsibilities include:

• Investigating and managing postmarket complaints and events, ensuring accurate data entry into complaint management systems.

• Determining the necessity of medical device reporting and filing reports with relevant regulatory bodies in compliance with global regulations.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Regulatory Affairs and Quality Engineering, to address product complaints and safety issues.

• Analyzing and assessing complaint trends and providing reports to management to identify potential product improvements.

• Ensuring timely resolution of complaints while maintaining adherence to regulatory requirements and internal procedures.

• Assisting in the development and maintenance of postmarket surveillance documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Supporting ongoing product evaluations and safety assessments based on postmarket surveillance findings.

• Engaging in continuous learning about medical terminology, regulatory changes, and industry best practices for postmarket surveillance.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, science, or a related technical field; or equivalent experience.

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in complaint handling investigations, medical device reporting, or product evaluation.

• Knowledge of global medical device reporting regulations and medical terminology is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams to address product complaints and regulatory requirements.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
