We are seeking a Product Design Engineer (Mid-Level) who is interested in working on advanced aerospace safety and restraint systems. This is a full-time onsite opportunity in Fort Lauderdale, FL, offering the chance to lead full lifecycle product design in a highly regulated, safety-critical environment.

Job Duties

· Lead product design from concept through certification and post-launch support

· Design aircraft seating, structural restraints, and airbag systems

· Support certification testing, compliance documentation, DOE, and DFMEA

· Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, manufacturing, and procurement

· Ensure compliance with FAA/EASA and aerospace standards

Requirements

· BS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering

· 3+ years of professional engineering experience

· Proficiency in SolidWorks (or similar CAD)

· Hands-on mechanical design and documentation experience

· Strong communication skills
