Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Tampa, FL. This role focuses on leading identity and access management initiatives for enterprise clients migrating to modern authentication platforms.

Rate Range: $39/hour to $41/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Developer job responsibilities include:

• Lead technical design sessions and workshops with client teams to plan and execute migration of applications from ForgeRock OpenAM to Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).

• Manage end‑to‑end IAM migration activities, including SSO reconfiguration, federation setup, and API integration across enterprise applications.

• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to assess existing IAM architectures and align them with Entra ID best practices.

• Troubleshoot complex authentication and authorization challenges during the migration lifecycle, ensuring seamless user and application transitions.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, migration plans, and status reports aligned with project requirements and governance standards.

• Guide clients on modern authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) and support IAM workflow automation using scripting tools such as PowerShell or Python.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, including 3–5 years specifically in IAM with ForgeRock OpenAM and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).

• Strong hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Entra ID, including application migration, SSO configuration, federation setups, and integration using modern authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).

• Proven experience leading IAM migration efforts—conducting technical workshops, troubleshooting identity integration issues, and guiding client teams through best practices in authentication and authorization.

Pay Details: $39.00 to $41.00 per hour
