Akkodis is seeking a Technical Lead BA for a Contract with a client in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate possesses strong skills in backlog management and stakeholder engagement while ensuring readiness across critical business systems.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $47/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Technical Lead BA job responsibilities include:

• Lead large‑scale platform modernization and enterprise product initiatives from concept through delivery.

• Drive Agile product management activities, including roadmapping, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and outcome tracking.

• Ensure production readiness by managing non‑functional requirements (NFRs), DR/BCP planning, and system resilience for critical business platforms.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering, architecture, and product teams to define requirements and deliver high‑quality solutions.

• Engage directly with clients and senior stakeholders to gather business needs, present updates, and influence strategic decisions.

• Analyze data, translate business objectives into technical specifications, and support ongoing improvements across cloud and database‑driven systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• 8–12+ years of experience in product management or business analysis, including leadership on enterprise-scale modernization initiatives.

• Proven expertise in Agile delivery with strong skills in roadmapping, backlog management, and tracking product outcomes.

• Demonstrated experience owning NFRs and ensuring production readiness, including DR/BCP planning for critical business systems.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $47.00 per hour
