Akkodis is seeking a Customer Service I for a Contract with a client in Orlando, FL. Responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls for supply orders and follow-ups while maintaining accurate records and adhering to established processes.

Rate Range: $21/hour to $22/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Customer Service I job responsibilities include:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with supply orders, follow-ups, and general inquiries.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system according to established processes.

  • Provide technical support for equipment-related issues while ensuring clear and professional communication.

  • Adhere to company guidelines and work instructions to meet call expectations and service standards.

  • Utilize multiple computer systems and resources to retrieve and input customer information efficiently.

  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage time effectively and ensure timely resolution of customer requests.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

  • Minimum 1–2 years in customer service or call center environment.

  • Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently while maintaining accurate customer records.

  • Strong time management and professional communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $22.00 per hour
