Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Tampa, FL. You will design and implement interactive visualizations using JavaScript and libraries like D3.js, while integrating seamlessly with Looker’s data structure.
Rate Range: $45/hour to $48/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Developer job responsibilities include:
Design, develop, and maintain software applications to meet business and technical requirements.
Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code following best practices and coding standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal application performance.
Perform code reviews and implement unit testing to maintain software quality and reliability.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to improve development processes.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s or relevant certifications like JavaScript frameworks preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in software development, with strong JavaScript expertise.
Proven experience in building custom visualizations using Looker, D3.js, or similar libraries.
Strong understanding of data integration and visualization in BI tools, with excellent problem-solving skills.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $48.00 per hour
