The System Administration team is a central pillar of our growth strategy, and we are looking for a Post-Sales Support Engineer to help provide excellent quality support to our growing list of enterprise clients.

Our team’s mission is to support and aid our enterprise clients, and we believe that you will be able to shape the growth of this team. This is your opportunity to join this team and leave your mark on Constant and the future of Cloud Infrastructure.

What to expect:

  • Quickly respond to support requests and tickets from our Enterprise clients
  • Work with our Sales and Solutions teams to help customers understand what support we can provide
  • Coordinate with and escalate to other teams as needed in order to solve our Enterprise clients issues.
  • Build documentation, both Standard Operating Procedures applicable to the whole realm of Enterprise, and more specific documentation relevant to individual clients as needed.
  • Aid in making decisions that will shape the growth of the team.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience with Linux (Ubuntu, Debian, Red Hat, CentOS)
  • Some experience with Windows Server (2012r2 and up
  • Understanding of virtualization (QEMU/KVM preferred)
  • Familiarity with networking technologies (IP configuration, BGP, routing)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience providing service to demanding clients
  • The ability to write clearly and concisely
  • A willingness to go to bat for our customers
  • Experience in project management and organization
  • Teaching and training skills are a benefit

Compensation

$75,000 - $95,000

This salary can vary based on location, years of experience, background and skill set.
