Program Manager for Business Continuity and IT Resiliency

Position Specific Description
Preferred applicant will have a background in resilience-based roles and be able to demonstrate experience of business continuity management (or crisis management) in a complex multi-layered working environment.
Develop and manage business integration for the IT Resiliency program with the goal to enhance our response/ restoration capabilities, minimize business disruption and continue operations during or after a cyber related disruption (planned or unplanned).
This position interfaces directly with senior leadership across business areas to communicate complex situations in non-technical business terms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for written reports and executive briefings. The individual must possess a strong technical foundation and can recommend both tactical and strategic recommendations in alignment with the enterprise resiliency program.
Develop and implement the resilience strategy, enhancing the business continuity framework to reflect cyber-related changes to the environment and business operations
Identification of opportunities to improve recovery solutions and arrangements with a focus on ensuring that business requirements are mapped to disaster recovery solutions
Ensure appropriate crisis management response procedures are identified and detailed
Ensure appropriate continuity processes, systems and guidance documentation are in place and maintained
Lead business integration and participation in resiliency assessments, testing and associated exercises
Manage program budgets, resources, scheduling, and work tasks in accordance with agreed upon program goals and objectives
Ensure that issues and risks are properly mitigated/managed, escalated and resolved
Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and overall progress
This position establishes strategy, develops business plans, and oversees and manages the design, development and implementation of technology solutions to meet business needs. Leaders in this role provide leadership and oversight to manage performance and results in one or more Information Technology (IT) disciplines. Individuals will be accountable for the reliability, performance, security, and continuity of IT systems and supported business processes.

Provides leadership, influence, vision, and direction to the organization to contribute to achieving the company’s goals
Works with IT leaders to develop overall IT strategy in alignment with business strategy
Oversees value stream by focusing on cost and risks of technology portfolio to meet business needs
Supports and fosters innovative technologies to deliver new ideas that enable business transformation
Ensures high levels of ongoing system and application performance in production environments
Oversees development of processes and tools to automate code releases from development to operations (DevOps)
Attracts, develops and retains a high-performing and diverse team
Establishes and drives technology roadmaps that align with current and future business needs
Manages third party technical and outsourcing relationships to deliver project and operational support objectives
Ensures technology processes are conducted in line with applicable standards and company policies
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
High School Grad / GED
Bachelor’s or Equivalent Experience
Experience: 8+ years
Supervisor/Management Experience: 2+ years
