We are looking for a Sales Manager who will help accelerate our growth, achieve sales targets, and assure that business unit objectives are met across all regions in the country. The Sales Manager will help grow our business to new clients and promote the organization to new clients in order to meet overall strategic business objectives.
We are looking for someone incredibly motivated and organized with great attention to detail. You must be able to think creatively, multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure. You will be working independently but will have oversight from the Vice President of Sales to help support you when navigating our sales and client success labyrinth. You should be able to handle complex problems in a satisfactory manner that results in a win-win outcome for both our client and for PeakActivity. We are looking for a candidate who is technically proficient across a wide variety of service and product offerings. There will be an expectation to intimately understand our strategy, products and services and to be capable of analyzing individual situations to customize a client specific solution using our products and services. Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue targets, increase sales and market share
Pursue and close new business and revenue streams
Build and maintain a positive and effective culture by living, communicating and leading through Peak core values
Responsible for potential client relationships. Uses influence within the organization to get appropriate focus on customer experience, deliverability and P&L results
Work within a team to manage the client relationship and retain and build account revenue
You will identify and understand our service offerings and marry them to individual client needs
Articulate and present our suite of services to business decision makers
Communicate with customers proactively via phone, email and in person
Conduct face-to-face customer meetings, presentations, proposals and demonstrations
Manage a specified sales pipeline and develop a strategy for long-term sustained success
Conduct client check-ins, upsell/cross-sell accounts, and address client market share concerns
Utilize CRM (HubSpot) effectively and efficiently recording all sales activity
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
3-5 years experience in sales or related consulting role, preferably in tech/Saas/eCommerce/Digital areas
Knowledge of technology solutions and software development to deliver success
Maintain accurate and timely customer pipeline and forecast data
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience
Drive adherence to internal process
Successful track record of crafting and participating in sales pitches and audits
Ability to work with customer and internal team members to estimate services needs
Ability to identify new marketing materials needed while liaising with Marketing/Sales team and prospects
Keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, direct and indirect competitors, and economic indicators
Proficient in Google Office Suite including Drive, Docs, Sheets and Slides
Proficient in Hubspot, Forecast, and Slack
