The Web Project Specialist is responsible for the advisory, implementation, and ongoing management of client projects related to digital-oriented solutions, such as website developments, digital media campaigns, and marketing analytics. A multifaceted professional, the Web Project Specialist utilizes a blend of technical knowledge and project management skills to translate client-facing challenges, engagements, and objectives into executable online-based solutions with PATHOS.
As an experienced professional that connects the Brand Management and Digital teams, the Web Project Specialist works closely with the Director of Brand Strategy and Director of Digital to strategically lead their collection of projects, create scalable methods to enhance solutions, and develop proactive recommendations for future growth opportunities. By maintaining a pulse on the evolving industry, the consultant actively engages in training workshops, stays abreast of the latest industry advancements and seeks to implement learnings into the PATHOS process. Lastly, the Web Project Specialist plays a key role in community engagement and outreach initiatives to uphold a positive culture surrounding the PATHOS brand.
Lead end-to-end management of web and digital projects, including websites, landing pages, and digital campaign assets
Development of front-end, responsive, engaging and efficient web experiences across a variety of CMS platforms
Implement analytics tags and configurations to track website engagement and campaign performance
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their challenges and objectives, and translate their needs into actionable projects
Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail by successfully navigating project management checkpoints, such as time entry, creative briefs, creative specifications, client or internal revisions, and any other identified tasks
3 – 5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, web development, data analytics, or other related professional service fields
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or any related field
Exceptional attention-to-detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively across different teams/departments and functions within the organization
Love to multi-task, meet deadlines and tackle challenges with drive and enthusiasm
Desire to learn in an evolving industry, grow within the firm and connect with people to make a difference in the community
