Position Summary:

The Analyst, Project Manager position within the Loyalty PMO Team is critical role to help support various products and programs across our ship and land development projects. Responsibilities range from supporting Project Managers on large projects to managing small to medium sized efforts that are typically high priority, high profile, and multi-departmental initiatives for the organization and thus require continuous communication and interaction with the project team and department executives.

This position will be working remote from Miami, Florida.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Adheres to established project management processes and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)

• Supports decisions made by the Program Managers and takes timely independent actions in pursuit of project priorities

• Leads small projects and possibly larger ones depending on experience and abilities, including resource and financial project planning

• Responsible for supporting the Program Managers with the development of project schedules and other related documentation

• Understand the product and organizational impact by partner with Stakeholders and Product Owners

• Manages the identification of operational changes required to meet project deliverables

• Support development of project Change Requests impacting scope, time and budget

• Works with Vendor to support daily activities and project implementations

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other department associates and

• Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently

• Prepares standard project status reports for project delivery team or work group, client and management

• Reports typically include: status update, budget, schedule and risk

• Enters project information data (i.e. project status updates, schedule updates, cash flow forecasts) and project documentation into project management technology tools (software applications, web-based tools, job cost accounting tools)

• Acts as a point of contact for escalated matters among the team

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field required.

• 3-5 years of experience in a Project Management role.

• Solid written and verbal communication skills a must. Clear and precise communication at all levels of the organization essential.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, strength in communicating in a multicultural environment with all levels of employees and management.

• Strong ability to manage clients and partners.

• Excellent organizational and presentation skills.

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

• Software proficiency in tools such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project required.

• Detail oriented with excellent analytical, financial and spreadsheet modeling skills.
