Our client is a High Growth Private Equity Real Estate Asset Manager seeking to add a Asset Management Analyst to their team of 20+ professionals! This open role is very well suited for a 1-2yr professional as an ideal candidate responsible for DCF modeling, diligence and valuations, financial analysis, property deck presentation, and underwriting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide detailed due diligence on potential strategic growth opportunities
• Analyze company financials performance, attribution analysis, financials, and create detailed models.
• Present risk, diligence to management and Investment Committee
• Coordinate all aspects of transaction execution and deal closing process with Senior Management/Board of Directors
• Prepare investor communications, including but not limited to financial forecasts, reporting and financial estimates
• Support potential acquisition recommendations through statistical analysis
• Work with Compliance, Legal and Marketing Teams
• Oversee back-testing of investments analytical framework and cashflow forecasts

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years Advisory Consulting/Valuations/Research or applicable (Private Equity/Real Estate/Banking) experience;
• 1-2 years of professional experience mandatory

• Corporate Development/M&A/Transaction Advisory
• Advanced Technical Skills; Strong quantitative and qualitative skills
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
