Our client is one of the fastest growing Sports Branding Apparel Firms with a phenomenal environment, role reports to CAO and Controller. Role works with Dept heads, Brands, Marketing, Operators, and Head of the Business.

About the Role:

This individual will be a business partner to their product team; Building relationships with Sales and Product Launch Team on their Revenue Strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Help build out, manage, and drive Internal and external SEC reporting including preparation of financial statements, disclosures, and footnotes
• Will manage external auditor coordination and internal stakeholders
• Prepare, review and lead SEC Filings including Quarterly and Annual Reviews
• Assist BD Team with Revenue Sales Cycle
• Any ad-hoc technical accounting memos

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Economic and or Accounting is needed.
• 3+ years of Public Accounting and or working at a publicly trade company is needed
• Strong GAAP, IFRS, Technical Accounting, and SEC Reporting Experience is needed
• CPA is preferred
