We are now looking for a world-class Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to drive brand growth user acquisition, and community engagement as we scale our platform.

The Role As our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will be the architect of bookme.com’s marketing vision and strategy, responsible for defining and executing a high-impact, go-to-market (GTM) plan to drive rapid adoption and growth. You will lead brand positioning, growth marketing, and user acquisition efforts, ensuring bookme.com becomes the go-to platform for freelancers and service providers. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance brand storytelling with data-driven performance marketing to achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution ● Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy that drives awareness, acquisition, and retention. ● Define core value propositions, messaging, and differentiation to position bookme.com as the premier platform for freelancers and service providers. ● Identify and prioritize target customer segments using market research, competitive analysis, and user insights. ● Lead multi-channel campaign execution (paid, organic, influencer, ambassador, affiliate, and referral marketing) to drive platform adoption. ● Align marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from discovery to conversion.
  2. Brand Positioning & Storytelling ● Develop and amplify the bookme.com brand narrative, ensuring a compelling and cohesive identity across all touchpoints. ● Elevate brand perception through thought leadership, content strategy, and community engagement. ● Create differentiated and scalable brand messaging that resonates with freelancers and service providers.
  3. Growth & Performance Marketing ● Design customer acquisition strategies leveraging SEO, paid media, email marketing, social media, and partnerships. ● Optimize conversion funnels and onboarding experiences to maximize user adoption. ● Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and activation rates to drive continuous improvement. ● Implement data-driven experimentation (A/B testing, CRO, audience segmentation) to refine marketing tactics.
  4. Community, Partnerships & Influencer Marketing ● Develop a community-led growth strategy to engage users and turn them into brand advocates. ● Build strategic partnerships with influencers, creators, and key industry players to drive platform credibility and expansion. ● Leverage our affiliate and referral programs to create organic virality and exponential growth.
  5. Leadership & Team Building ● Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing marketing team that excels in execution, creativity, and analytical thinking. ● Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, and accountability to drive sustainable growth. ● Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Operations to ensure alignment and maximize impact.

Who You Are ● Proven Leader: 10+ years in marketing leadership roles, ideally in SaaS, marketplaces, or service-based platforms. ● Miami-Based or Willing to Relocate – You thrive in an in-office setting (~3 days per week) at our Miami Beach HQ. ● Strategic & Analytical – Strong experience in performance marketing, SEO, paid ads, and growth hacking. ● Creative & Brand-Driven – Ability to craft a compelling brand and execute viral marketing strategies. ● Connected & Influential – Experience working with influencers, brand partnerships, and PR. ● Entrepreneurial Mindset – A hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment. ● Cultural Fit: ○ Has a global perspective, culturally aware, and understands diverse audiences. ○ Thrives in high-performance environments – whether in business or personal achievements, you push boundaries and embrace challenges. ○ Intellectually curious – Avid reader, lifelong learner, and continuously evolving in your craft. ○ Exudes ambition & leadership – Not just experienced, but someone who drives teams to success and operates with confidence and decisiveness. ○ Embodies resilience & adaptability – Capable of navigating fast-paced startup environments and turning challenges into opportunities.

Education & Real-World Experience Requirements ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred. ● Proven entrepreneurial success in a Marketing Role or equivalent leadership experience will be considered in place of formal education. ● Track record of scaling brands, growing revenue, and leading high-impact marketing teams.
