Akkodis is seeking a Sr Test Technician for a Contract job with a client in Clearwater, FL. The ideal candidate must quickly learn test procedures and use diagnostic tools; responsibilities include recording test data and safely handling and testing units.

Rate Range: $30/hour to $32.71/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Sr Test Technician job responsibilities include:

• Performing and documenting tests on navigation and guidance systems using electronic equipment

• Setting up and executing both automated and manual test procedures

• Analyzing test results and identifying potential unit issues before they arise

• Following safety standards such as ESD, FOD, and 5S in all test lab operations

• Collaborating with Test Leads and Engineers to ensure testing accuracy and efficiency

Desired Qualifications:

• Associate degree in electronics or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in electronics testing or a related area

• Ability to quickly learn and execute complex test processes

• Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematic drawings

• Proficient in using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power decade boxes

• Understanding of lab practices including 5S, FOD, and ESD safety protocols

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify issues before they arise

Pay Details: $30.00 to $32.71 per hour
