Overview of Position
This job is responsible for providing administrative, scheduling and back-end support to TA customers both internal and external in order to meet organizational goals and commitments.
This position would require that the candidate work on-site at our location 1 day per week
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
- Provide administrative support for the recruitment process
- Schedule interviews across departments for TA, candidates, and HM
- Respond to candidate inquiries
- Manage all back-end task (background checks, drug screen, start confirmations, ready for hire, and welcome letters)
- Up-date appropriate tracking systems (WD, class hiring reports, interview schedules)
- TA reporting (Referral/BG/Elligability)
- Second check for accuracy (duplicate candidates, candidate contact information, referrals)
- Perform a variety of other tasks to support the TA process
What are the requirements needed for this position?
- High school diploma or similar.
- Minimum experience of 1 year in HR and/or Recruiting and scheduling
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication
- Proficient with the use of personal computer, data entry, MS Office, Zoom and Teams
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to interact effectively and positively with all levels of company personnel
