Overview of Position
This job is responsible for providing administrative, scheduling and back-end support to TA customers both internal and external in order to meet organizational goals and commitments.
This position would require that the candidate work on-site at our location 1 day per week


What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Provide administrative support for the recruitment process
  • Schedule interviews across departments for TA, candidates, and HM
  • Respond to candidate inquiries
  • Manage all back-end task (background checks, drug screen, start confirmations, ready for hire, and welcome letters)
  • Up-date appropriate tracking systems (WD, class hiring reports, interview schedules)
  • TA reporting (Referral/BG/Elligability)
  • Second check for accuracy (duplicate candidates, candidate contact information, referrals)
  • Perform a variety of other tasks to support the TA process

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • High school diploma or similar.
  • Minimum experience of 1 year in HR and/or Recruiting and scheduling
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication
  • Proficient with the use of personal computer, data entry, MS Office, Zoom and Teams
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to interact effectively and positively with all levels of company personnel
