As the Senior Product Management Analyst, you will strategically analyze market trends and business opportunities to enhance the Lender-Placed products.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Ensure the integrity of existing products by serving as a team member on channel-driven product enhancement projects.
  • Assist in researching business ideas, market opportunities, or trends that lead to new product ideas.
  • Develop the analysis of the financial potential of product ideas.
  • Understand ratemaking and product costs (direct and indirect) in analyzing future actions at a state level.
  • Define and develop product features and market positioning based on customer needs and competitive environment.
  • Develop quality standards, administration, policy language, and product pricing across the United States.
  • Assist in developing and presenting business plans and justification for new business opportunities and products with potential financial impact.
  • Lead rate and form filing intelligence research efforts, monitoring and reporting on competitor developments and underwriting trends in the general Homeowners marketplace of key LPI states.
  • Be a subject matter expert for all rate and policy-related questions with the LPI business line, including all implementation, internal/external audit efforts, and quality assurance testing.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to implement new products effectively.
  • Analyze testing of products and existing product enhancements to maintain positioning and profitability.
  • Maintain industry and consumer trends by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, Internet research, establishing personal networks, and/or participating in professional societies.
  • Assist with implementing and testing new and existing products through internal training and selling new product ideas to the sales force and client contact teams. Attend client presentations as new product experts to assist the client teams when necessary.
  • Attend brainstorming sessions for marketing, product enhancements, or new ideas to provide new thought direction and expertise to channels and client teams.
  • Support geographic-level reporting and analysis. Prepare maps, visual summaries, heat charts, exposure analyses, and other similar reports and analyses to understand product exposures and risk management at a granular geographic level.


What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • A Minimum of 5 years of experience in interpreting Property and Casualty forms, product management, and analytics.
  • Advanced experience with Excel.
  • Experienced with managing competing priorities.

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • P & C Insurance Institute Designation ie. AINS, CPCU, ARM, etc. or license
  • Strong project management skills. Ability to analyze rates and policy language.
  • Understand business strategy and be able to provide action plans and strategies to achieve better results.
  • Critical thinking to identify the root cause of problems and provide solutions.

How much should I expect to travel?

  • Up to 10% travel annually

Pay Range:

$71,300.00 - $119,100.00

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
